Definitely start by reading those first few pages of the actual journal. The basics page and the sample page should be a huge benefit. But, after that please come join me on the Let Him In podcast. It was solely created to help you be able to use your journal to the best of your ability.

The connection roller is going to be your new best friend. To use it- simply roll it on the palms of your hands and then breathe in the scent with your hands cupped over your nose and mouth.

You can also use it throughout the day on your wrists as a grounding perfume.

If you changed your mind, we are happy to refund the cost of any journals that are returned to us in perfect condition. Shipping cost will still have to be charged, but you will get a refund for the cost of the journal when we receive it back! Please contact theguided.co@gmail.com

All orders ship on either Monday or Thursday. You should expect your order within 5-7 days of purchase.
